Echo Lighting Design Gallery reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Therefore, we recommend that you please read them carefully before you use this website.

Warranties:
All products sold by Echo Lighting Design Gallery are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have purchased a product from Echo Lighting Design Gallery and find it to be defective, please contact Customer Support at 888.876.2807 for assistance in processing your claim. Echo Lighting Design Gallery is in no way liable for any installation, and is not responsible for any associated expenses incurred.

Defective Products:
If within (14) days of receiving your order, any product proves to be defective, contact Customer Support at 888.876.2807 immediately. Do Not Ship the product back without contacting us first for an (RGA) # and return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it, if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our expense) a non–defective replacement product.

Delivery Information:
We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders take approximately 2 to 6 weeks for delivery depending on availability. Occasionally production schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders are beyond our control. Delivery times are subject to change without notice. Echo Lighting Design Gallery is in no way responsible for any factory delays and we will not compensate for delayed orders. Please contact Customer Support at 888.876.2807 if your order has not been received in the expected time frame. We will contact you by e-mail with any backorder information we receive.

Out of Stock Items:
We make every effort to stock as many products as possible, however we are not able to stock every item, or occasionally production schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders are beyond our control. Delivery times are subject to change without notice. Echo Lighting Design Gallery is in no way responsible for any factory delays and we will not compensate for delayed orders. Please contact Customer Support at 888.876.2807 if your order has not been received in the expected time frame. We will contact you by e-mail with any backorder information we receive.

Shipping:
We ship all products via basic ground on all major carriers. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday, daytime hours only. A freight company representative may contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment. Express delivery is available on some orders for an additional charge. Please contact Customer Support at 888.876.2807 to learn if your order can be express delivered for an additional fee. We require a $250 order to qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, and the free shipping applies to ground shipping only. At this time, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Damage:
If the packaging appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform Customer Support at 888.876.2807 and the carrier (UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.) immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier yourself.

Returns:
HOLD ON TO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. Echo Lighting Design Gallery will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or installed) and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer’s packaging intact. All returns are subject to a restocking fee up 50% of the purchase price; custom items, and items over $500 are non-refundable. Restocking fees may vary by manufacturer, so please contact Customer Support at 888.876.2807 with any related questions. Your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Orders returned after 14 days or without an RGA # will be refused.

Cancellations & Changes:
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at Customer Support at 888.876.2807, between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm (Central Time) Monday – Friday. Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming cancellation.

Do you have products that are not listed on your web site?
We have access to thousands of light fixtures and ceiling fans that are not yet listed on our site. If you are looking for a particular fixture, contact us with the item number and manufacturer information at Customer Support or 888.876.2807.

How do I place an order online?
Add the items that are available for online purchase to your cart, and then proceed to shopping cart check out.

How do I know my online order has been processed?
You will receive an email order confirmation for your purchase. This confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provided during the ordering process. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us at Customer Support or 888.876.2807.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address during checkout.
